Thread: COH2's IDEAL future in YOUR opinon 27 Feb 2015, 17:48 PM Jump back to quoted post27 Feb 2015, 16:34 PMspajn Cover hugging advances means one good grenade and gg and even with cover hugging your men will most probably get the cold debuff and once you got the debuff it wont go away with just sticking to cover, you need warmth either from fire or buildings. Also units in blizzards are visable when they open fire so that means when you spot one of his units and all yours open fire then you are at a disadvantage because he can see all or most of your units while you can only see the one you are firing at. Yes sometimes it can work out but it is just a risky advance and thats why most players just switch to pure defense durings blizzards unless they don't got a choice. Well everyone has their own playstyle and attacking in blizzards is a risk I am willing to take and also if you find a player who like to attack in blizzards put mines near fire pits or even better a democharge In: Lobby

Your units get cold debuff if moving in blizzards not to mention freezing to death very fast. It seems good on paper "ambushing enemy during blizzard" but in reality your guys will freeze and you will likely just walk into mines/machineguns/at guns because you can't see for shit either. From a non-okw perspective (no volk cold immunity) you can travel by going through cover, buildings and fire you need to place fire a areas YOU use alot but not too close to the front, having transport helps but if you don't travel through cover (it will stop the freezing) buildings and campfire (to warm up your men) you need to attack from areas they wont expect you to not get suppressed and the use the short sight to your advantage if you come under fire be prepared to throw grenade at the team weapon of have a squad flank it also if you have artillery shoot it where you suspect he is keeping his troops at, most the time I notice that players set up their troops for a frontal assault so you have to go attack from the side or the back but I get matched up to noobs cause Im a noob but you should just try it out and take advantage of it In: Lobby

Thread: In Game Store???26 Feb 2015, 16:24 PM I think to keep the game competitive would be to allow players to buy/find/trade items that are cosmetic and dont affect gameplay in anyway such as changing to a tank model to another tank but still keeping its stats or giving infantry alternative uniforms like field grey uniforms for grenadiers or a coh 1 model for volksgrenadiers now these would come in the crates you can find/buy with different amounts of rarity But if they do something such as buying something with money/supply that allows you to train shocks with a commander (this is just an example btw) I wouldnt be happy In: Lobby
