I find that it's difficult to punish T1 skippers due to the fact pgrens are very good vs m3, dodge, bren carrier. Perhaps nerf the penetration of the stgs just a little?

Penetration of all small arms that are not MGs or bolt action rifles should go down imo

The Pgren medkit was a paid ability, it's not like you upgrade once and then get free heals for the squad and everyone around it... *cough*... effing brits.

You have to pay munitions for, takes ages to activate and to recharge, and on top it affects only a single squad. Would be it much of a balance concern to give it back with all these difficulties? Ostheer lacks FRP anyway, having to put medic bunkers all over the frontline... eh, just give them back their medkits.

Maybe not expose your rear to them at point blank range?

Tbh it really wouldnt make a difference. The Ostheer medkit ability is one of the most underwhelming medic ability anyway.

Single squad, 20 muni a pop, and at vet 1...

15 muni, but yes, often retreating is a better idea to save some bux.

Since last patch, panzergrens lost this ability too as it got replaced with combined arms, but I dont remember reading it in the patchnotes.

Pls add it to their vet 0 loadout.

Conscript vet 1 : Flare mines
Penals vet 1 : Flare mines and hoorah replaced by % unit lost buff.
Conclusion : Give hoorah and Flare mine back to Penal, but keep % unit lost buff thing.

As per your logic.

Pgren had medikit. They traded that ability for Combined Arms, which is a VERY strong ability.
But I'm fine with it losing combined arms to get medikit back if you insist ;)

I think Soviet Flare mine is most underwhelming vet 1 ability.
As well as vet 1 capture ability for T70/T34 when Germans get blitzkrieg
which increases speed AND ROF

... But they still nerfed Soviet Flare mine... :p Not joking.

It could only do that with models clipping within eachother. It was used to punish elite callin inf coming from emptpy world buildings. Those bunched up the first seconds like crazy.

Other then that it could almost never ever do that.
