Error: failed to create dump file

Anyone get a crash and that message like 1-2 mins into starting the game? Like not even a match, but just launching the game and sitting in the lobby? I'll have this happen to me consistently every time I start the game for like a day and then it magically goes away. I've tried verifying the files and restarting but neither ever solves the problem. It almost never does this for more than a day for whatever reason though. It's bizarre.

I get that error occassionally instead of bugsplats, but never when just sitting in the lobby. Coding error probably. If it really matters you could check the windows logs. Otherwise nothing like a good reinstall of coh2 to make you believe bug splats will end.

I had this error some while ago, my mates too and always when the match was loaded.
