Now from feedback i gathered that we should just remove exhaustion from fire up and maybe give infantry field defenses to commander which is imo good idea. I still think the flares or m1919 should be merged into rifle field defenses so few other commanders get something bit new without being entirely broken. I atleast can't see infantry company being broken if it had access to rifle flares.
