Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

True.
But it rarely is the case of give away games, once the vanity of new game passes(or they'll beat campaign), they'll all likely be gone.

I think it was bots that registered coh2 as free game on their accounts, next months they will sell those free coh2 accounts.
