Today has happened a bug: I destroyed the T-70 and recapture it, but its tower was turned side and he did not shoot.

Today has happened a bug: I destroyed the T-70 and recapture it, but its tower was turned side and he did not shoot.

Was it in "Observe Mode" or "Capture Mode, or maybe "attacking only vechicle", when was abandoned? If yes, i think it can be the same problem, as M8 Scott has:
"Fixed an issue where re-crewed M8 Scotts would lose access to their auto-attack when de-crewed when “Hold Fire” was active" (It is from merged WBP changelog)

That can be a reason. I send it to Mr. Smith. Maybe he can solve it and add to WBP.

The self-repair bug has been trivially fixed in WBP since the ability has been removed >.>
