I would gladly pay more resources for a 400 health T70.

Greyhound could use a .50 upgrade or give it the same gun as the Stuart.

Light tanks of the same class: AEC, STuart, Puma and Luchs

I'd definitely take a T-70 over a Stuart or AEC thirty-minutes into the game any day.

Can your T70s score as many kills as the Luchs in this screenshot? No. That extra health is the exact reason the PII/Staurt are so effective.

Could this be possible to survive that late into the game without that extra HP? No, that is why you don't see T70s in mid late games that often.

:hansREKT:

T70 never scores as that many kills because in 1v1 if your T70 got even 2/3 of that kills, Axis player has already gg. Allied absorb losses better than Axis, especially Soviet.

the t70 has higher killing potential than the luchs imo, especially when moving. and the repair thingy means that it is as durable against paks as the other ones

While t70 have less hp, it still survives more than 2 shots from at guns thanks to self repair and can avoid being shot in the first place by using op recon ability. Not to mention it crazy wipe potential and ability to kill luchs without much trouble.

Git gud, t70 is easily best of all light tanks in the game.

Have had 67 kills on a P2 on the 15 minute mark once, although I had less kills with a T-70 (max 43 if I remember) BUT the T-70 killed way more retreating units than my P2/Luch did, which makes the T-70 more valuable for me than the Luch.

Also remember, all the T70 has to do is heal 1 hp from its repair ability and it's capable of tanking a whole other round from a tank or ATG.

No. T70 is a bit too strong right now. Other changes will have to be made if the health poll was to be increased.
I recon T70 is going to be adjusted next patch so maybe after that?

Yup, dream come true.

Yes, the rationalization some people are making here is that you have to spend 60 munis every time you enter tricky situations.

See you can drop that language, If I had access to your hax I would be a top 3 player too:snfBarton:

I know that 2 of your AT teammates got banned for being 4v4 hacking heroes.

The only reason I never scored more than about 50 kills on T-70 is becouse opponets always surrender at this point :D Also, the t-70 has good wipe potential, while both stuart and luchs have absolutely no wipe potential.

And there I was, thinking it was because all the shrecks carried by axis inf and general alpha strike possibilities. :snfBarton:

Yes if 75% of infantry on the field does not carry hard AT with them.

Just because you have trouble keeping it alive doesn't mean T-70 isn't in a good spot. It has a very minimal accuracy while moving penalty which makes it a beast for wiping squads on retreat and its very accurate in general. On top of that its only 200 MP (considering how MP can often be a limiting factor this is pretty big).

For its killing potential and cheap MP cost its really a bargain that's balanced out by its HP (which is negated by self-repair anyway). Any change to its AI power in exchange for HP is nerf.

Have you seen any righ ranked games before? The t70 can survive into the late game and become quite useful with its sight ability.

Just because stuarts and luchs have higher survivability doesn't justify a health buff to the t70. The unit has better AI capabilities than both those units (until luchs hit vet 4/5) and it has a self repair which can be used while moving. In its current state the t70 is already quite cheap for its performance (manpower wise), imagine how OP it would be if it had 400hp with the self repair on top, it just doesn't work out.

Light tanks of the same class: AEC, STuart, Puma and Luchs

They all serve early-mid game vehicle role but each of then is different.

AEC is counter to luchs and 222, also good at flanks against lone infantry

Stuart is hybrid between puma and t70 and thats why it is not as much good as puma in at role and not as much good as t70 in its role but its abilities and power allows it to seldefend against lights and still counter infantry

Puma is only countervehicle that negates aec, stuart or t70 if played properly, its not light tank

and luchs is as t70, strong AI vehicle that cannot defeat its counterparts. And luchs got more hp because it need to get closer to kill units and dont have wipe potential that t70 have (luchs is more ifantry counter and t70 is better at shock/ wiping )
