I can't say for the dhsk but since the hmg stat normalization in the last patch, I have the impression .50 works far better.
Is it just me or hmg.50 get really good?

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

It's always been a decent MG, only difference now that it doesnt cost more than pgrens to reinforce.

To use the 50cal before you would have to gets its crew killed than reman it with a squad of RE's to get better reinforce costs than it's original bugged version at 30 mp per man. That, or go airborne.
Still hate how easy it is to decrew though. That 25% recieved accuracy modifier with obers shooting at... just ugh.

The received accuracy modifier was always a dumb change.
.50 Cal has always been good though. It's neglected a lot but it can be really strong since most people don't expect suppression teams from Americans and aren't prepared.
