Gentleman, I am confused. There is a flurry of information about releases and patches and updates, and I have no idea what's going on. I just downloaded an update (which I assumed incorporated the brits into the game)...when will the other stuff drop: The new commanders, units, etc?

The patch came out, including the British Forces. This is the patch that the notes a week ago described.
The other notes released today are for the Balance Preview, that is optional and is not out yet.
