I indeed have some pot growing inside of my head so that can be it.
I want to explain my point:
1 SU-76 barrage = okish
2 SU-76 barrages at the same time = auch
3 SU-76 barrages at the same time = Wrecking every shit out of your units
Since the user of SU-76 always get a minimum of 2/3 SU-76s. Therefore 40 muni's is a nice one.
