Heyo!
Could anyone tell me the statistics of the buffs given by:
Sturm Offizier
Valiant Assault ability (Luftwaffe OKW)
Also, could anybody help me to work out if the Pueppchen bulletin for 4% increased armour will make any difference vs heavies. If so, would it be worth putting on 2?
Thanks in advance if anyone takes the time to answer this!
PS, if anyone could even point me at the place I could find these thiings, that'd work too!

Valiant Assault is possibly bugged, triggering it only activates sprinting, units do not actually fight more effectively. Think of it as Tactical Movement for twice the price and a cool voice line.

Valiant Assault is possibly bugged, triggering it only activates sprinting, units do not actually fight more effectively. Think of it as Tactical Movement for twice the price and a cool voice line.
This explains all my losses. Well, this and RnG. And lag.

AFAIK the Sturmofficer buffs accuracy by 11% and reload by 13%.
A Puppchen has 180 pen at max range; 195 (180 * 1,04 * 1,04) with two 4% pen bulletins.
It will definitely help vs heavies (not much though).
Example:
IS-2: 375 armor; chance to pen without bulletins = 180/375 = 48%; chance to pen with two bulletins = 195/375 = 52%

I think the Panther armor bulletin is one of the few bulletins that do not stack. I'm not 100% sure though.

Yep, I tested it over a dozen times with different units, distances, and veterancy levels. The results were consistent regardless of whether or not Tactical Assault was active, the only notable difference was movement speed.
If I remember correctly, there are modifiers in the stats for it, but from what I can tell they don't seem to be triggering.
