Relic follows the "nerf and buff" formula of balancing, so you would probably be correct.
Blizzard long ago proved that said method was ineffective, it's much better to buff the counter to the unit than to nerf the unit itself, as you run the risk with nerfing of making units unviable.

IS-2 was 300 fuel when COH 2, arrived so maybe make KT cost like 320 fuel but Make it to a doomsday device, 1 shotting everything, so you basically have a timelimit before the OKW can unleash hell on you!

of course this shit is fake. some of these changes are so stupid that not even relic would make them. best example are volks to 280 mp whike you know volks are the worst starting infantry and yet the problem will not solve their vet issues.
500 mp for slightly better grens? yeah no for the record ST's are nearly as durable and nearly have the same rifle dps. the obers as sure hell are not going to cost twice as much as a single ST

any kind of Obers nerf are very welcome
So Panther and Panther command are gonna have the same price?!! I don't think so!
Is Panther command then gonna be 230 fuel? Almost the same price range of KT/IS2/ISU etc?!! I don't think so either!
