is2 increased armor penetration (can u use 3 of the exact same bulletin to get 12% increase in armor penetration ?)
is2 gains veterancy 10% faster (total of 3 of these bulletins would give 30% increase in vet)
zis gain 4% armor penetration (3 of these bulletins would = 12% increase in armor penetration)
has anyone verified if these bulletins stack ?

My understanding is that all bulletins EXCEPT those that increase armor stack. So the armor pen and vet bulletins should stack just fine. Enjoy your 30% faster vet gain on the IS2.

nobody knows. some do stack, some dont stack, some have no effect.
relic has stated that they dont stack, so dont expect them to stack forever, if they do. im pretty sure they will fix this shortly after the release of coh5

I have used duplicate 10% increased vet/build time and the definitely do stack just from in-game observations.
