Do HMG fire rate bulletins stack?

I know that there is no real proof, but did anyone test if MGH fire rate bulletins might actually stack?

I dont know about fire-rate but combine 2 vet bulletins that give you total of 20% faster vet ( for maxims ) an they will vet up really fast

I don't know if there is a way to check without rooting through the game's files.

What about the reload speed ones? I currently use two but I am not sure if they stack.

They all stack as far as I'm aware.

+16% rate of fire is actually pretty huge, definitely decreases the time to suppress

Yes I started to use 3 of those bulletins as Ostheer and it became much easier to handle all those Riflemen and Shock Troops trying to escape the arc of fire.

MG42 doesn't have a hard time suppressing, it has a hard time hitting targets on the edges of the arc, dealing with maxims (who hard counter it), and repositioning.
