Can tanks etc cause secondary explosions on death? If so maybe when somebody spoke too loud near the ambulance and it instantly gets destroyed on account of how pathetically weak it is, it sent something up with it?

You need to upload it to someplace that will host it. You can do that here, by hovering your mouse over your username at the top-right and selecting "My Files" from the dropdown menu. Upload and get the link from there.
Honestly, though, there have been so many instances of people getting "Teamkiller" for their ambulances that I wouldn't even bother. No, I have no idea why it happens. Yes, I still think it's funny.

WUT. Maybe it crushed a model stuck between a building or something. in Urban maps ambulance is a pain in the butt, specially when you order a medium tank to get past it and you have your major and a couple of squads nearby. I have not seen something like this but it's most possibly because of crushing.

Of course they killed him thats why they got friendly fire. No one likes Frank ahahahahahaahahhaah.....I want a mod that makes the ambulance a heli and transports wounded to the 4077th and have Hawkeye and Trapper take care of them kappa
