Introducing Firesparks' balanceMod

Thank to relic for the modding tool. A good way to celebrate would to be release a balance mod, for experimentation purpose:

US:
Bar and bazooka cost lowered to 45 mu

Bar long range and mid range dps increase to 10.4/6.9/4.7(similar dps to the fg42)
{accuracy changed to .56/.5/.45
cool down modifier changed to .5/1/1/25}

bazooka accuracy increased from .05/.0375/.025 to .06/.045/.03

Captain and Lieutenant now have a .97 received accuracy modifier (same as rifleman)

Lt and Captain reinforcement cost standardized to 28 mp and 5.6 sec per man.

major no longer have the 15% accuracy bonus, squad pop decreased to 3.

US mortar HT weapon modified to be more similar to the ost ht. WP and timed bomb untouched.

m10 range increased to 60, but limited to a 30 degree firing arc. hp increased to 480, total reload time decreased to 4 seconds cost increased to 300 100 fuel.

Pack howizter: auto barrage and firing range changed to 100m
lower AOE to match 81mm mortar

pop cost lowered to 10

Ost:
German sniper hp changed to 80 hp per man.

Grenadier vet 2 no longer boost rifle grenade range, it now decrease rifle grenade recharge time by 25%

fixed(?) a bug where the Jpzv4 was costing 470mp 135. Reverted back to the previous 400mp 135 fuel.

lowered stuka damage to 160

LEIG: auto fire aand barrage changed to 80m
fire rate increase to roughly match 81mm
cost lowered to 280mp
pop cost lowered to 7

raketenwerfer:decreased setup time to 0 second to match pak40
increased acceleration to match pak40
increased rotation rate to 120 (match maxim)

Soviet:
Soviet sniper hp changed to 40 hp per man (80 in total), and no longer receive discount on reinforcement (180 per man)

Soviet guards now have the .91 received accuracy bonus (match grenadiers)
Guards PTRS and Dp-28 will no longer drop.
Guard Dp-28 dps changed to 9.119/7.033/5.874

cross faction:

soviet and US demo charge can now be manually targeted, with 1 armor and 40 hp. (vulnerable to small arms)

panzerfusilier and Rifleman AT grenade range increased to 18, firing time decreased to 1.65 time, and ignore shotblocker.
Sniper rifle no longer receive rof bonus depending on range.

Redid lmg profile. They no longer performance optimally at long range

Mods must be played in custom game, although only the host need the mod. Everyone else in the lobby will automatically subscribe to the mod.

please direct your comments in this thread or on the workshop page itself. For now I've intentionally left the armor untouched with the exception of the m10. I would like to see how the early and mid changes to the pack howizter, lmg42, obersoldeten affect the late game before moving ahead.

Your M10 change completely defeats the purpose of the M10. It's a speedy flanker, it even gets a speed ability at Vet 1. But there's no point to a fragile speedy assault gun.

As for the LMG profile, rather than making them identical to the Automatic Rifle profile, maybe consider making them do flat DPS over all ranges? To get the DPS, add the minimal damage with the maximum damage and divide by two:

DP-28
3.6562 + 5.6875 = 09.3437 ÷ 2 = 4.6719 DPS

M1919 Rifle
5.3334 + 7.9727 = 13.3061 ÷ 2 = 6.6531 DPS

M1919 Para
5.7407 + 8.1806 = 13.9213 ÷ 2 = 6.9607 DPS

MG 42
5.6672 + 8.2389 = 13.9061 ÷ 2 = 6.9531 DPS

(I rounded up, all DPS's ended in a 5)
