there is a bug that won't let me get full popcap
i'll retreat a 2 men squad to base while my popcap is 98 it reinforces 1 man en then its stops

4 x 1.75 = 7
5 x 1.4 = 7
They have the same pop cap for the overall squad. But because Grenadiers have four models instead of five, each individual is worth more popcap.
