need pointers for playing DAK- 2v2

I've only just started playing this mode and seem to be having major problems. Are there specific strategies for this mode ? I've noticed I get shut down hard by early Allies infanty, Mg, and then into light vehicles, and USF zook ranger squads are tragically OP with wiping PGren. Scouts drop keeps decapping and long vision and defense arty

Why are they called Pgren without panzershreks now?

Also marders are useless against light tanks.
AT rifles are useless against light tanks.
P3 is so late and useless against Zook and double light tanks

Mines does not do engine damage enough to slow down light tanks, neither does snares

Why do people claims DAK is best?

So I have been playing a lot of DAk on all game modes, right now they are reliant on their italian units either the double L6 tank call in and gustas or the carros.

Best opening seems to be pgren, 250 halftrack, pgren and maybe another engineer keep the 250 alive and get it to vet1 so units can heal while inside the halftrack.

If facing US double jeeps no need for MG since there wont be much infantry on the field, you could try rushing the autocannon upgrade to counter the jeeps.

Once you tech you should get one Jaeger squad its a defensive unit to prevent light armor dives, now choose either the flack halftrack L6 call in or keep teching for the higher HP 8rad.

Since you dont like marders go flack halftrack and get AT guns instead, from here I prefer going carro armato get the HP upgrades for vehicles and the 6 man for pgren and ignore bersegalir, get the battlegroup options that give vision and faster cap rate when near vehicles after you unlock carros, and dont ignore the last 2 CP arty ability its area denial anything within a circle gets hit with arty.

As much as i think coh3 has improved, the comeback mechanics are impossible if you are DAK and going into late games. A massed Allies light tanks blob are impossible to deal with

Because panzergren means panzergrenadier means "tank soldier" i.e. it's just a name for a mechaniced unit of grenadiers. Panzergren doesn't mean panzerschreck grenadier.

You missed the part where I mentioned early game, right ? That's ok, language is hard. One zook ranger squad is 1 CP + 260 + 200 + 100 munis, which gets you two weapons and no guarantee they'll be zooks. For that to even happen though, I'd have to choose barracks first instead of WSC where the MG comes from. While we're on the topic though, it's awesome that Axis can still flood the map with better and stronger units, including guastatori who seem to have no problem wiping any and all Allied infantry. Yes, decapping is important, something that your irritating little motorcycles excel at.

I hope this serves to clarify my post for you, provided you didn't get a headache from all the difficult words and concepts.

Like the carro blobs, yes. Why don't you just say that ANY blobs are problematic ?

Combine a vet1 8rad with 3-4 carros (preferably vet 1) and watch in amazement

Add marders for insurance

Though that's not really all Italian anymore

Tbh flak nerf isn't that bad. All it means is that it needs permanent escort of Pjagers, who are stronger now.

See what happened to L6, that thing DPS was gutted to the level of 250/9. They intend it to counter LVs, but they did nothing to its non existent penetration, what LVs is it supposed to counter? Dingos?

Yeah even I was wondering about this. They're going to decimate its performance against infantry and nerf the main gun accuracy and then not compensate by improving the AT capability at all??
