Pretty simple.
- Rush 2 mgs and put them in covering arcs,
- Rush 1-2 mortars put them behind mgs.
- Rush fuel and stall for 222 or PzIV since Paths dont have snares.

Perhaps you can give this rank 10 million player some advise, I felt completely at a loss to do anything vs this strat. I wonder if using flame HT would have been a good options as it has more AoE. I tried using 222 but the paths model wipe any supporting infantry faster than the 222 can deal damage to thier blob.

Wehrmacht
- rush sniper and a couple grens
- abuse reinforcement bunker behind a sightblocker
or
- abuse the shit out of doctrinal camouflage and smoke planes. Storm doc is perfect for this
OKW
- spam smoke by any means (LeIgs or smoke plane) and your volks blobs are free to attack
or
- slowly build up a small blob of JLI and obers, then A-move
