vCoh had the best physics. Ragdolling corpses bouncing off everything was 30% of the fun of the game.
I saw a dude get popped with a tank shot, fly into the air and land on the tank. Then slide down the side as an arty strike came down. Then he flew into the air cartwheeling across the map.
I have no memories of fun like that in Coh2. It is sorely missing.

I'm actually serious about this. Every time a soldier dies in CoH2, he bounces from the ground, be it small arms or explosions etc. This bothers me since release and is a big immersion Breaker.
CoH1 wasnT much better, as the models there usually did a 180 turn and then sat unnaturally on the ground.
CoH3 animations seem to be much more fluid and realistic.
