It's not like the doc is bad or anything but does not have a reason to be chosen. I'd like to make 1 suggestion.
change the p4 IST with P4 J that should give it a decent reason to be chosen. Sure it might be OP considering there nija panzers, ju87d's as well as recon.
*ps: also some kind of overhaul for tactical movement would be nice.

Probably the fact you think your own suggestion is OP lol. Blitzkrieg is fine anyway, you said it yourself. You just want it stronger for ~~reasons~~

I want to see something done with Tactical Movement. It doesn't fit Ostheers playstyle at all.
Command P4 needs some work, but I wouldn't mind it being swapped out for other things in few docs. Its in something like 5 different docs already, while stuff like the P4J and Puma are only available in 1.
Some further adjustments to diversify Blitzkrieg / Lightning War / Spearhead away from each other would also be nice.

Id rather tactical movement replaced with individual sprint. That is the only change necessary.
