I think it's silly to buy a 240Hz monitor for a game and still set it to 120 Hz. What is the point of such a monitor? This annoying bug СOH2 seriously slow the introduction of modern monitors.

I don't understand why the developer can't pay attention to this in the first place.

To be fair there were not too many 240 Hz monitors back in 2013. Also, CoH2 was rushed out due to the THQ bankruptcy and Sega acquisition of Relic. Still sucks though. I hope the 64 bit client fixes this.

Sorry if this is not the right place to post this, I keep running into a sync error while playing the 64-bit version of this game whereas the 32-bit runs just fine(400+ hours). I was hoping someone could provide a solution otherwise I can't play with my friends online with the new client. I tried using steam to verify the files and it hadn't found any missing files.

Are your friends playing the 32-bit version? You may need to all be on the same version of the game.

Looking at your LOG file dump, you did not play the game for long before the sync error.

Did the game actually ever load? Could you play at all?

You can test and play on the 64 bit version only in customs. All your friends need the 64 bit version too.
If you want to play automatch and / or with friends, you and them need the 32 bit version. So you have to repatch back.

Beside that all, i am not sure if the 64 bit test version is still active from relic^^

We all moved to the 64-bit version and it works for all of them except me, I was able to play long enough to get four units out before it sync error'd. Prior to moving to 64-bit, I didn't have this issue and we would prefer to play the test version due to better performance.

There is a problem with Linux/Mac version of new coh2 64bit patch, on Mac it does not start (crashes after start). I was expecting that to happen as it was the same with the 64bit Beta version, but testing new patch today revealed that on Linux (and I assume on mac too) new patch is a very old version of coh2 combined with 64bit patch. As a prove to that I could upload later the screenshots of old commanders layout or old main menu layout.
