hi which upgrade to you prefer from these two and why?
Ppsh is free while 3 dp28 are at 100 munitions.

There is little reason to the PPSh upgrade since you can get for Penal earlier.

PPSh turns your guards into "cheap" knock-off from MP-40 "Tactical Advance" Stormtroopers.  But with abscense of camo they are really useful if you can find a spot to hide 6-man squad.
DP-28 are pure DPS increase but with higher drop-rate.

just my personal opinion but it feels like airborne guards with dps are the strongest infantry in the game. 
they deal massive dmg at long range while being able to take a hell lot of a beating
they win vs grens, pgrens, fusiliers, obers.. noone wins vs fallschirmjägers but thats a different story
they even have the ability to supress mgs or blobs with an instant strafe
they can appear in full strenght behind enemy teamweapons (buildings)
they have a cheap but still effective nade
you can merge in cons without losing dps..
they are awesome
*when i say they win vs obers i assume that at the time okw gets out his first obersoldaten, you already have your guards vetted to some degree.

The triple dps are the better choice. Can be fired on the move by airborne guards too
