Is there a reason, why sturmpio barb wire needs more buildtime than normal one?
I mean, they removed its ability to stop light vehicles;so it is basically normal barbwire afterall.

Are you sure about the LV thing? I thought it still blocked it because that was the whole point. Can't test it at the moment though.
The only thing I could think of is higher HP which would make it more resistant to shooting it (which is a good option to remove stuff if you don't have your pio around). But to be honest that would be a shitty trade off

Out of memory, OKW wire should still block LVs, but allied engies with sweepers can now cut it(they couldn't earlier).
Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.
