Like InRealLife, running and shooting at somethin' is difficult, same goes for your tanks (and soldiers). If memory serves, it is accuracy*50% when shooting on the move for soldiers, but i admit i dont know for tanks. Possibly quite the same (+50% scatter?) Kozo. Moving tanks have 50% scatter and accuracy penalties. Some(mainly shermans who actually did had stabilizers) have less penalty. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Quad M5 bad AA11 Jan 2016, 12:21 PM Because of RoF, quad have pathetically low chance to kill plane. I don't have the numbers for it, but I wouldn't be surprised if 3% was maximum for it. Meanwhile, Ostwind have 17% per shot to shoot down a plane and 222 have 6-7%. 222 is actually more efficient AA then quad. In: COH2 Balance

I seriously doubt that, when they designed the USF, Relic wanted vehicle decrew to be used as a means of circumventing population restrictions. And yet, they did. They have said so themselves that it is INTENDED DESIGN DECISION. It means its allowed AND intended. Same logic applied when PTRS spam was great at killing infantry. Not an exploit per-say, but definitely not what Relic intended either. No, not even close. There is a difference between balance and features. Abusing OP unit is simply that, abusing OP unit until ifs rebalanced, every single patch had its own. Using INTENDED army feature is playing the game like relic envisioned and balanced the army. Approach with volks(preferably, but not mandatory with shrecks) from one side(preferably through yellow cover at least), sneak up 2 puppchens, volks draw fire and poke it, puppchens rip it apart and either force brace or its dead within next 9 seconds. Its not like its schwerer which can take crapload of punishment without holding fire and fights off med armor In: COH2 Balance

OKW and USF would simply be pushed of the map too easily. Early game for OWK since they have their T3 to temporize around 10 minutes but USF would be pointless with only rifle and HMGlolriflenadeinyouface/HMGlolflamnadeinyourface. And you could still place forward truck or park ambulance on the field, you just wouldn't be able to hard retreat to it, just like you can't to ost bunker or sov FHQ(RIP). In: COH2 Balance
