Tier is one factor, cost is another. More expensive unit of role A > cheaper unit of role A. Not sure if arguing for the sake of act of arguing or just that stupid In: COH2 Balance

Plus, the relation between PGs and penals is exactly the same as between rifles and SPs. Rifles cost less, yet they often win, unless SPs jump them from behind los blocker. Lets also ignore the "adaptable inf in multirole tier vs AI specialist in AI specialist tier" thing as well In: COH2 Balance
