Why is their veterancy so bad?
Because builder/repair units do not have great veternacy as they are not primarily combat units.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

When first penal arrives, you have already 2 mainline inf squads on fiel. By the time third penal arrives, you can have 5 mainline squads on field in OKW case and 4 grens+HMG/sniper in ost case. This is why penals are strong and have to remain so to have a balanced early game. Do not 1v1 them, because with superior squad count there is zero reason for you to do so. SMGs and assault rifles deal good damage to lightly armored vehicles, because of rate of fire and massive accuracy against vehicles. Its like that since CoH1. Even pios will rip scout car apart if they approach it from behind. In: COH2 Balance |

Yes, that's exactly what we need, faction nerfed out of the game just because someone got his mind stuck on a problem that doesn't exist. Nothing will help soviets more then making them pre buff UKF 2.0 just to "see" if other, painfully obviously underpowered units that literally no one uses due to how weak they are might be needing a buff. Soviets have absolutely nothing else to rely on and you want to take that away as well just to see something obvious. In: COH2 Balance |

What magnifies any issues with JLI is how strong overwatch other abilities are. Except people blobbing and a-moving JLI are not spamming these other abilities. The abilities only make it worse to the already cancerous and op JLI spam. In: COH2 Balance |
