Remember that even 1% reduced damage adds 10% durability against simple 8 dmg rifle. There is a good balance reason reduced damage bulletins were some of the first to get scrapped. In: COH2 Gameplay

It’s not even that great vs armour, I use it more as a meat shield personally Its reliably vs armor, just as KT, but that's as far as it goes. In: COH2 Balance
