The theory that infiltration unit can be balanced exclusively for OKW is simply a fabrication.
And assumption the 2 units in question would not lead to only more problems is a delusion.
	Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

						I am not sure why OKW had both their infiltration unit removed. Because cheap cost(JLI) with high long ranged firepower or higher cost with even higher long range firepower do not go well with infiltration unit niche, which is pretty much exclusive short range SMGs. Or, in short - because we could have OKW infiltration units or balance in game.  In: COH2 Balance  |

						Can someone tell me why Stug has to have lower range then any other TD except Panther? Even Jpanzer have same 60 range as other TDs, but not Stug, that clearly lacks JP's armor. I know it has better ROF and lower cost, but still any other TD outranges it, while lacking camo ability, that JP receives with vet. Sure thing. Its because its very cheap and durable for the cost. You aren't going to get this kind of durability and firepower with 60 range below 130 fuel. It brings weird dynamic to Ost, that has to rely on paks to counter TDs, or Panther/P4 rushes (which is often a very high risk endeavor). Paks may work vs brits, or even USF, (to some extend) but Soviets easily counter it with a Katyusha salvo. Not mentioning, that AT gun is quite easy to de-crew and subsequently destroy especially while trying to hunt something that has its own range values. Everyone has to use infantry based AT and ATGs to counter TDs you know. No vehicle in game can just brute force their way frontally, so if you're really keen on using vehicles to counter vehicles that are meant to hardcounter vehicles, you better pull off a good flank. Also, panzergrens move much faster near vehicles, so they can easily support whatever flank or attack you're making with vehicle.  In: COH2 Balance  |

 The fact that you have a very specific, dedicated hard counter to these cheap(er) mediums and you don't need 2. Want increased reliability against heavies? Then decrease reliability against mediums, otherwise you're creating a unit without a counter.  And elite infantry shouldn't be suppressed by HMGs like HMG34 just because they cost much more? Should ATGs bounce much more, because they are incomparably cheaper and mp only? That's not how hardcounters work. TDs constantly had their pop and cost increased to the point where outside of 4v4 you can't really fit more then 1 if you don't want to be rolled elsewhere, which means that 1 present TD needs to do the only job it got well.
