Plus pptres can easely kill a light vehicle following the snare. Snares are enought to keep at bay lv and for the sniper protection! Actually, you can't, because PTRS does not have burst needed to get vehicle in AT nade threshold. You can push PTRS units around until you kill them, you can't do it with any other infantry AT squad, because they don't need 4 seconds of standing still before shooting. Plus the only way you are ever exposed to AT satchel is if you try to ram them with vehicle for whatever reason. In: COH2 Balance

Stuart / Bren + AEC at roughly 2 CP in an average game require AT gun tech, getting a puma in addition (+ picking a doctrine) at 5 CP isn't really worth it because at that time the threat is usually contained and you want to tech up for a P4. The whole binding to CPs is wrong in my opinion. A different approach like USF LT + extfa tech option for light vehicles would suit it better with no CP requirement. I also dislike how the puma needs to be built, but the Valentine doesn't get the same treatment. I'd say the USF way isn't exactly a good solution either, considering the fact that Greyhound got the exact same 5cp treatment, arriving way past its viable time. In: COH2 Gameplay

Whole point of mobidef panic puma was you could be EXTREMELY aggressive with lights in early game and NOT punished by med by getting puma, it was never used to fend off other lights. I personally think that the game has less cheese than before. A wild thought: Game is less fun specifically because there is less cheese, while meta isn't as tight shut as asscheeks of someone bending to pick up a soap in prison, fotm is still stronk. Cheese strats in itself aren't bad, they enrich the game and break staleness of meta and it doesn't matter if you like to play against it or not, its still something fresh between all hardcore meta matches, bad balance was always biggest problem, elevating certain cheese units to insane level and outside of above average players and bored pros, no one wants to leave a comfy meta bos that are boring but reliable. The IS 2 counters the Panther, and not the other way around. Except it does and you're full of it. Harder to do when there is SU-85, but if there is, you also should have something more then just a single panther fighting against twice the investment in resources. That's because major issue personally for you is L2P issue for the rest of the community.
