Zis's barrage cooldown is very low, it should be increased to be at least inline with the SU-76.
Its the opposite.
SU-76 cooldown should drop now that it costs muni.
Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

If panthers role is to dive in to kill enemy TD's at high speed, it would make sense if panthers shots were more accurate, i feel that i have to rush in,stop and fire, and then move again, sort of negating the point of the tank itself. Incorrect. when panther is out, allies med are at or close to vet2, with their insane gun bonus. Irrelevant against panther, makes difference only vs infantry. See where my stats based approach is leading you to? To a circus, with a clown in the middle, chasing his own tail, being horribly deluded and screaming bullshit as absolute truth. The only buff i call is the moving accuracy at vet3, generally agree that Panther needs some accruacy bonus. Who agrees? Other 4 digit rank players? The rest is moving all or half of panther vet3 gun bonus down to vet2, and the armor down to vet1. The armor bonus Panther get is hardly meaningful defensive bonus since it hardly lower the chance to be penetrate by allied TDs. Almost as if its meant to go against generalists with armor and massive health pool that was moved to vet0 is supposed to be defense vs TDs, eh? In: COH2 Balance |

1) Not all, the ones who do do not get and defensive bonuses, have much longer reload to begin with, get lower bonus or get only part of it. 2) Allies get offensive bonuses and no defensive ones outside of mobility. Axis gets actual, meaningful defensive bonuses. Nothing unfair about it. Due to axis costs of arrival especially P5. And remove combat blitz and blitz to compensate. You can't have rof, durability and mobility all in one package. In: COH2 Balance |
