Cons are basically not vcoh riflemen, they are simply cheap troops.
The only thing that doesn't make sense is that concripts in the description are described as cheap troops,effective when fighting in cover, yet they cost the same as the "elite and experienced grenadiers"...
Conscripts should be like they are now, however, they should only cost 200mp.

Since the hotfix, I have not seen a single Pioneer squad beat a Conscript squad with both in no cover. (This usually happens in the first minutes of the games, while capping territories). If they are 2 Pios squads, and close range, yes, you will lose.
Was there some hotfix this night?
Because if not, then pios still beat cons unless cons are not moving, behind cover and at far range. |

No, just add teching requirements. Zero tech tanks need to be removed.
Umm, this is exactly why they are called call-in tanks.
They arrive much later already then you could have the armor if you've tiered.
Only thing currently being wrong is soviet tier armor being so bad that there is literally no reason to pay that 140 fuel+whatever more you need to get T34 or SU. A problem ost doesn't have because all of their armor, doctrinal and stock is performing well. |
Blitz is a ridiculous ability and deserves a nerf (thanks for the post OP).
Soviet's tanks should have better AP ability at melee ranges.
Next patch will completely change armored gameplay. PQ said they have 14 pages of changes - the last one was what? 8? We will have a totally different game after this patch.
That is all.
Exactly same thing was said about last patch.
We do have totally different game then before march deployment.
But it didn't do much good overall regarding balance. With tiger ace and SI it was just two doctrines with issues, now its a whole god damn faction and doctrines only amplify it. |

Its not even about ETA, its about them promising us cities of gold when pestilence runs wild and the cure is most needed for yesterday.
And if they will not deliver this time a pretty balanced patch that will allow for leveled games until western front will completely obliterate all the balance there might be then I don't see a bright future for the game and the promissed "years of support for the game" might diminish.
Whoever came up with the idea of weapon profiles should get a cookie.
Whoever came up with the idea that the patch was balanced and ready for release should be thrown into the pit of rabid ost fanboys. |

I only hope that relic will finally stop teasing us with "amazing changes that are just around the corner, but you can't get around that corner for X amount of valve time".
If next patch will keep being not being implemented, then there will be no one to play western fronts, because people already gave the game 2nd chances and everyones patience is running low.
Next patch will either make or break the game and the longer it takes for it to be implemented, the less players will remain, because we're all tired of this bullshit balancing and lack of hotfixing the most serious issues for WEEKS(tiger ace of old anyone?).
If the patch won't be the best thing that happened to the humanity since pizza delivery, then even I might start calling doom.
I have no idea what they do there in beta, but I'm personally fed up with endless teasing and lack of information.
The game is currently in horrible state and the longer it remains like that, the less players it will have with no 3rd chances.
Imma now go get my relic voodoo doll and slap it with a fish.
Damn I'm angry now. Even more so because I've had an awesome long post about relic, patch frequency and quality and balance but I've pressed wrong mouse button and 40 minutes of typing wall of text went to screw itself. |

In both, DoW2 and vcoh heavies were much, much more resilient and had more impact on the game then here. |
