Progress will be slow as currently I'm the only one hammering away and I also have stuff to do or want to do (such as Stream Revamp for you guys ). Thread: CoH2 and AoE423 Sep 2017, 18:10 PM Jump back to quoted post23 Sep 2017, 16:47 PMle_saucisson_masque look at other game companies, the first one i can think about is blizzard that managed to balance a game like overwatch with almost 20 COMPLETELY different heroes (per exemple, one got 150hp and another 600 hp, the first is hitscan, the second is shooting projectiles, and still both heroes are EQUAL and got almost same win ratio at high level). You do realize things like RTS have far more interactions between various factors than in Overwatch. On AoE, balance likely won't be as hard to achieve, however, as the factions will not be as diverse if we're talking about units. It'll likely come more down to economic factors and anything regarding macro. In: COH2 Gameplay

Mortar maybe. RE could have been given rifle grenade launchers instead, but having 0 ability to control mass infantry outside of throwing more men at it is a big no-no. Or we end up like Panzer Elite or vCoH Brits who need to throw more men at the issue if you're looking for a MP solution. In: COH2 Balance

Mr.Smith. Getting to veterancy 5 is now around the same as getting veterancy 3 when comparing OKW units to everyone else. This means they get those extra veterancy bonuses earlier which have been adjusted to abilities and non-combat stat passives. Highly ranked OKW units also give less experience to the enemy as well, on-par with the others when maxed out. Imo remove its kingness and make it more accessible, USF is already struggling to reach CPs since they don't build anything ,the unit is just going to be too late. (And it is going to be even worst in teamgame) Then we have the issue of having the same M8 Greyhound that no one builds. 4CPs is also not that far away. In most cases if you're being aggressive with USF, you'll have those CPs when the majority of light tanks are arriving, if not slightly after. Furthermore, the M8 can still tackle other lights the same way a T-70 can while also having 24/7 recon vision while the T-70 needs to pop the hatch open and shutdown its main gun. In: COH2 Gameplay

Now I suppose the main idea is to test how OP is T1 with Stuart. Captain tech still allows for supervising. It is also the tier that comes with the ATG and a mini-howitzer that are far better at supporting the half-track vs its weaknesses. Furthermore, the AA HT can suppress on the move unlike the 251 while the Quad takes a massive cut to its firepower and suppression when moving. Its 37mm also isn't that terrible for putting holes into light vehicles, especially given the Luchs no longer auto-hits its. T In: COH2 Gameplay

I left my game to update for a couple of hours, just to come back and find that the version number remains unchanged. Been stuck like that for a while now. Try deleting the old version manually. You should find it in the documents folder within Company of Heroes 2. Search for tuning. In: COH2 Gameplay
