The whole argument that if Kat is op, so is Stuka is bullshit. Utter bullshit.
Both units come in at different times, have different functionality, differen costs, different cooldowns, different factions they come from.
Kat is op, but so may be the stuka. Although i think its not. And even if the stuka was op, it wouldnt be because the Kat is op too.
That argument doesnt make any sense at all. Why isnt the Panzerwerfer op too? I thought Kat is op? And Panzerwerfer is rocket artillery aswell?? MUST BE OP!

you want to add more dps to a okw elite unit that can spawn from any building? please dont. no, nie, nyet, nein.
They may be costly, maybe a bit too much, but their dps is still very high. Okw also gets access to Jäger, which can spawn from buildings too, Panzerfüs, that soak up damage and have 6 G43's that are way easier to get with 100% muni income, and Obersoldaten, which dps is ridiculous to say the least.
As US, your infantry cant do much when these elite units hit the field. Well, maybe with US lmg's (doctrinal!).
As Soviet, you need to get either Shocks or use Guards really really well. You cant go for script focused doctrines. You simply get your ass handed over to you.

Do you realize that being able to scavenge armor and team weapons as well as conversion truck make your argument completely void?

Shrecks and puppchens, because they don't have HE muni and their AI is worse then 34/85, which means infantry is more then a match against it.
You don't fight rock with scissors, you use paper.
Being fixated to the level of obsession on using scissors against rock and failing doesn't mean the rock is op, it means you are in denial of using paper which is the case of 90% balance discussions here.
You don't use weaker tanks against stronger tanks and expect them to win.
