Thread: Radical T0-T1 Restructure Proposal:30 Oct 2013, 12:24 PM I think that penal squad's should be affected by conscripts upgrades (AT grenades) or had some other form of AT. Also an good thing would be single DP-28 (no button) as T1 building upgrade (for MP, fuel) affecting penal squad and conscripts. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: T34 solution?30 Oct 2013, 11:11 AM I think That T 34-85 would be great T3 building Tech upgrade - Like Sherman 76mm gun in CoH, This upgrade would be serious investment, but it would convert All player T34's on field to new version and will replace previous tank in T3 building without changing it's price tag . T34's "battle group" should stay anyway, because in many cases ability to call-in 2 T34's can be priceless and don't need invest in building T3, tech upgrade and building tanks one by one. Thread: Suggestion: penals immune to suppression22 Oct 2013, 10:33 AM I think that penal squads could get conscripts "Urah !", this unit even fits more for this ability than conscripts. I like idea with suppression mitigation for penal squads but in bit other way ! I think that "Urah !" should cancel suppression during ability duration but also seriously multiply damage received from suppression weapons, so it would be more like charging on German AA quad in CoH 1 rather than trolling MG's and running through firing arc without scratch. This way "Urah" charge would be high risk (You can get your squad chopped down entirely), high gain tactic. EDIT_1: Of course, still, no "Urah !" if suppressed already . In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Lobby demands reach new heights!10 Oct 2013, 13:14 PM I like CoH 2 mode selection, so you can chose to play any of selected modes (1vs1 to 4vs4) without being confined to only one at a time. Only thing I would wish for the match lobby is ability to choose "random" faction, so it will choose me faction for which I get best match, it would allow shorter matching time as well . Also random faction settings encourage to play both factions. In CoH i often didn't know what faction choose today so I select random and let game to surprise me In: Lobby

Thread: Conscript vs. Gren matchup10 Oct 2013, 10:01 AM I think that Soviets as well as Germans should be able to fight other faction without using doctrines at all (if both don't use them), doctrines should be expanding possibilities, but not be necessary for fighting non-doctrinal units. Both conscripts and (especially) Penal squad (they would be fine if they would get AT grenades upgrade or cost 240mp) need a tweak. I don't like idea of non-doctrinal PPSH global upgrade, but I would not mind an DP-28 global upgrade of tier 1 building, it would add one DP-28 (no button) to conscripts and penal squads but also cost manpower/fuel, delaying other conscripts upgrades and vehicles. Thread: T34/8510 Oct 2013, 09:31 AM T-34/85 As global upgrade of Tier 3 (like Sherman gun global upgrade in CoH1 and I described it few posts earlier) would be change of quite large significance. For now, only non-doctrinal vehicle able to fight (not by ramming, because it's suicide mission) with non-doctrinal German armor is SU-85 what seriously limits armor choices for soviets and sticking with T-34's can be disastrous if player decide to stick with them to late game. T-34/85 upgrade would allow that choice and let You to stick with T-34's (if you already have them) and invest Your resources in tech upgrade for our tanks (instead building SU-85's), especially if You knew that faster or later You have to deal with tougher German non-doctrinal armor (not even mention doctrinal units) what made your tanks nearly useless. I would like more to have upgrade-able T-34's for soviets... even if it will cost us Ram ability, what is absurd and insulting anyway. In: COH2 Gameplay

Such combo could work for sure, but it could be triggered by units it wasn't meant to :/. With demo charges You can always wait and let pass forces you can fight off, because it will not expect for demos blowing up soon after . In: COH2 Gameplay
