Did you notice a difference? Nothing noticeable at all mate. I have a fairly high end system as it is, but was curious to see if it did make a difference. Maybe it would make a difference for someone on a lower spec system, but did nothing for me. In: Lobby

A few weeks ago, I tried out a tweak that I found on the Steam COH2 community page that explained how to disable the game from writing replays in order to increase game performance. The process was simply denying SYSTEM, Administrators and my user account Write access to the playback folder. This also stopped me from downloading and watching other people's replays. Therefore, I reversed the changes, by giving those accounts Allow access to write to the playback folder. I restarted my system, however, from the in-game replays menu I cannot see any of the replays that reside in my playback folder. Can anyone help me dig myself out of this hole? lol In: Lobby

I usually go something like g/g/mg/mg/g and then maybe a mortar, depending on map and situation. Keep your mgs close to each other so you can retreat one of them into the cone of fire of the other. Don't be afraid to pack up your mg and move back a bit while the cons crawl on the ground suppressed. After that just reacting to your opponent. I usually go for a pgren and pak into a p4 or flamer halftrack (depending on opponent). Of course, when up against snipers don't go for pgrens With the popularity of the new soviet commander with radio intercept i suggest going for strong solid builds instead of cheesy ones that rely on shock value. I used this to good effect. I did, however, go for a mortar instead of the last Grenadier, but yeah. It's a good starting BO. In: Ostheer Strategies

I'm yet to try it out, but holy cow it looks OP! First CP gives you recon flight, then second CP gives you to munitions you need to fund the next 3 air support CPs....
