Is there any reason why this ability STILL does not have a red flare indicator on it's dropping location?
it does not fit in line with other bombing strikes and strafes in this regard, there is not much else to be really said.
The audio que actually starting takes around 3 to 4 seconds to play, which means you're going to have to react FAST to avoid team weapon deaths, even then, you have absolutely no idea where it's ACTUALLY landing, i have witnessed my ally losing several squads because this ability was thrown on the retreat path instead of frontline, funny to witness, but still.
7 ...7 seconds from the point when u can heart it untill it drops ... No idea where it is actually landing?  Sure your enemy dropped it randomly on some empty space and deffinetly not on your stacked tanks or retreat point ...

Even if you killed the sturmtiger in the 2nd clip with only the comet, you'd be on the losing trade because the skilltiger costs only 160 fuel, even if it provides arguably 230 fuel tank performance at the very least
its surprising how little this thing actually costs compared to how much punishment it can survive

In my 2k or so games with ,,top tier,, players I actually never saw a flame HT to have some kind of an imporant impact into game .... 222 which is counterpart does its job 1000x better as aa and scout vehicle for Elef (which is must go on 90% of maps with OST) or normal HT to reinforce and heal your army .... after 6+ min mark. when enemy has at or is in progress to make another one or has some infantry with snare it becomes almost useless ... yes sometimes its worthy against greedy Soviet player with forward HQ rush because he lack MP to make at by investing everything on FHQ, shocks, maxims and on reinforce of course but thats simply all .... you compare UNCOMPARABLE ... super early - early mid - late game units ... just WTF? Could be this thread deleted pls? its only feed to stupid players without any sense of game ... thanks |
It is an extremely strong unit, I would also agree with nerfing it. I think a mobility nerf once the upgrade pops would be a good change.

lose a small engagement when I quickly try to retreat a dying squad, but they die before I click, so the full health squad is instantly selected and takes the retreat command instead.
7 yo game and people still dont know what to do with settings ... Am not even surprised that 2/3 of community dont restart after every game and cries when they get bugsplat ... |

NP mate its really handy feature specially when u switch between tanks and inf fast and in the past when I didnt use that I retreated my inf. instead of reversing tank  |
Hello.
Not sure if this has been talked in the past, but I didn't find that.
The problem I'm talking about is when you have two squads and one of them is being wiped out, so you press the retreat button, but you are late and the squad is wiped out just before you press the button and the system automatically select the alive squad, so you retreat that squad.
Is there any way or option to disable this auto selection change? Any tip or trick?

Settings - Game - second from above ... should be called somehow sticked choose? or idk since I have game in my own language ... but turn it off and should work for you |
