Dragboxes are important to quickly select a squad if you don't have the time to particullary select it. They've been a basic element of RTS for ages, changing this would be the wrong approach. It's the design of certain factions that cause blobbing, not the basic tools that label a RTS game. + 1 There could be a very minor penalty for blobbing, Possibly if 3+ squads are grouped together they could take increased damage from enemy small arms fire since there are more bodies to hit. Thread: OBS mode unit information panel16 Dec 2014, 08:57 AM A small idea for casting and speccing, Add a keyboard shortcut (i) that if pressed while a unit is selected brings up a small panel which displays the units combat stats. e.g. kills reinforced dmg given dmg taken exp time on field efficiency Sometimes it is nice to see real time stats of a single unit and not have to open up the main stats window which covers 80% of the screen. /wuFF In: COH2 Gameplay
