Thread: Hope for USF AT-Gun?18 Nov 2015, 19:45 PM They should atleast remove cooldown for the AP shells. Nothing worse then having it run out vs a heavy then being left with an AT gun that can't do shit. Maybe just a tad bit more base pen, but not much. Way too many people don't make use of the AP shells enough though. I even see pro tourney players neglecting to use it. In: COH2 Balance

Recently when I've been playing I'm running into AT's that spam the hell out of indirect fire early game and almost entirely push allies off the map as they don't share the same amount of indirect firepower. the indirect fire coupled with the Med truck allowing for VERY forward position makes team games a mess, balance is all over the place early and mid game. There is still nothing in this game more powerful then a decently defended elephant or jagdtiger in 4v4. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: All faction heavies seem far too weak 18 Nov 2015, 00:11 AM A weapom is only as strong as the person who uses it. Heavies are fine and are actually probably stronger then they should be. The fact that they had to be limited to one is a strong indicator of that. They are huge noob traps for bad players who think they should be able to just steamroll everything regardless of situation. this is commonly used and won't work in against lots of opponents because player will often expect them and be prepared to counter them. There is a good reason why tanks like the t-34, Sherman, and p4 aren't seen in the late game and it's not because heavies are bad. In: COH2 Balance

Right now flanking is a lot of risk for too little reward. This is why non-doctrinal mediums aren't used as much as they should be. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: 4v4 can't be balanced, they said9 Nov 2015, 21:21 PM 4v4 really isn't all that crazy. Most the time it's just 2 separate 2v2 battles going on at opposite ends of the map. With whoever wins their side first coming over to help the other side. And not everyone who plays 4v4 always plays 4v4. I constantly switch between 2v2 and 4v4, playing seldom 1v1s here and there. But I don't think people understand that 1v1 is actually the most unique of the modes with capping power being far more important then any other mode. If anything 2v2 should be the standard not 1v1. That's why you lose sight as you drive up behind him, but he appears again once you get in front. Because the smoke comes out of the back of the churchill. In: COH2 Bugs
