Thread: 2vs2 help15 Oct 2013, 06:58 AM Jump back to quoted post15 Oct 2013, 04:22 AMDanielD Tigers seem a good choice now, and I believe there's a doctrine with the MHT and the tiger, both are good choices in 2v2, especially if you're the guy going T3. You're thinking of Spearhead Doctrine. (Oh, look who wrote that guide. Why, it's computerheat and DanielD!) In: Ostheer Strategies
Thread: quick question about flamers15 Oct 2013, 06:56 AM Aren't flamethrowers also an area-of-effect weapon? Since units in cover tend to clump together, it makes flamers more effective as there are more targets in the AoE. In: COH2 Gameplay

Thread: Just discovered Radio Intercept?15 Oct 2013, 06:44 AM Jump back to quoted post15 Oct 2013, 05:43 AMposadachi37 This player could see all of the units that I was making as soon as they were completed. Besides reporting on Steam and to Relic, what should I do to make sure our game stays clean? Thank you for not naming names, since accusing players by name of cheating is against site rules and I would hate to have to lock & invis a thread. Also, both the NKVD commander and the Armored Assualt Tactics commander let you do this. Luv it. In: Site Feedback

Thread: HM-38 vs Ostwind?14 Oct 2013, 13:46 PM Jump back to quoted post14 Oct 2013, 12:46 PMtokarev So you're saying the shell will deflect off the Ostwind? How will it deflect, if Ostwind has no top?)) Helmets? In: Red Army Strategies
Thread: HM-38 vs Ostwind?14 Oct 2013, 12:39 PM Jump back to quoted post14 Oct 2013, 12:34 PMtokarev will it kill pioneer squad trying to fix it? Or pioneers will be ok since they are "in cover" behind the tank?? Pioneers can be (and often are) killed by the splash damage. I'm pretty sure they get killed even if the shell deflects off the Ostwind. ...which reminds me of seeing howitzer shells bounce harmlessly off of KTs in COH1, while the surrounding pioneer repair blob explodes into gooey chunks. Good times. In: Red Army Strategies
Thread: Anyone use an M5 halftrack?13 Oct 2013, 09:39 AM In 1v1 I have seen them used in conjunction with multiple ATGs, to decent effect. I guess it could pay off handsomely if you're in a game against someone who uses a lot of recon runs, airstrikes, etc. It seems better suited for team games (particularly on big maps) than 1v1s. Maybe someone can enlighten us about its range, suppression, HP, etc? I'm also curious. In: Strategy Desk
