Thread: Ram + Offmap combo needs to be nerfed6 Apr 2020, 02:48 AM Your only options to counter a ram is to either one shot it using 4 tanks/anti tank guns, or to hit it and snare it before it gets into range for a ram. The first option requires so much more investment than a 90fu 360mp T34 that it is an unviable counter, and option two requires you to screen your tanks with a second tank(which is then vulnerable to the ram itself) or an anti tank gun so far foreward that it is out of position and will be easily killed. I think that getting a snare on a ramming t34 should cancel the ram, which should solve the problem. In: COH2 Balance

I charged sturm pios (we ran straight for each other) with thomson upgraded cavalry riflemen and I got demolished. Cavalry riflemen are a very good close quarters squad, but their dps beyond about 10 range is poor. Meanwhile Sturmpioneers have less damage below range 10 but can deal a lot more damage at farther ranges. What you want to do is hold your ground so that the Cavalry riflemen take damage as they close in and that’ll compensate for Sturmpioneer’s lower near dps In: COH2 Balance

Blatantly OP things like the pak howie and IL2 rocket run are receiving no nerfs. Who knows why. So don't hold your breath on this thread. Might be because half the stuff on this site is people claiming “X is OP” with no evidence. Also might be because most threads devolve into people calling each other noobs in one form or another I’m guilty of both. Not saying they aren’t problems though In: COH2 Balance
