It worked for some people with the same error code you had, over on the Official Forums. .net framework did not work, neither did the tools download (the 200 megabyte one, not the 20 gig, I dont imagine you meant that one?) I can run coh2 mod builder, but not world builder. Ill try the rest of the windows updates tonight. In: Lobby
Thread: Universal Carrier Issues10 Nov 2015, 18:54 PM The flamer sets you back quite a bit, 90 munitions mean no healing for a bit. Most of the time its gonna die really fast anyway. Placebo effect maybe, but I use the vickers too much better effect, and its cheaper, but who doesnt want a early game flamer of some sort? (actually I think its because I move around with it differently. Make it faster, make the upgrade cheaper, give it more health, do something.. Its really lacking. It turns like a tortoise and dies very fast. It cant even carry units and have them shoot from it! Its only purpose is to dislodge garrosins and to some extent make weapon teams move atm. It does that perfectly well, once.. Im not saying make it crazy OP but, it does need something to add to its survivability in some form. In: COH2 Balance

It might be trying to access some files marked read only, and thus crashes without notice when you start it up. If that doesn't work, then try downloading the tools from your Steam Client. Library -> Tools -> Search for Company of Heroes 2 Tools. That may help. Ah good! I see my tools in library is not installed, thank you so much, I will try this! In: Lobby

Ive seen it used twice, both times failed horribly. If it doesnt die to small arms fire / fausts, it dies to a 222 / PG shrek / volk shrek.
