if anyone didn't play the beta, here's how they worked
you'd place it like german S-mines, and it would make a large field of wire that infantry would have to CRAWL under, making them really slow, you'd need a vehicle to crush, or a minesweeper kit to get rid of it.
it was hardly ever seen, never saw it used to any effect
and then they just removed it, instead of exploring it.
it was a really interesting design and they just gave it the good ol' middle finger.
it would be great against OKW blobs, wire + mortars or arty was fucking brutal
if you build snipers as soviets they'll just get a luchs and ram it straight into your base to kill your sniper, and most of the time they'll get away because of that turbo warp drive
lol, looking at this thread you realize most of you are so pro that only loose because of obers, RNG and so on.....Really? don´t think so....maybe only pros are posting in this forum, how knows....
Pretty sure when most of you have a game againts luvnets, Romeo, Cruzz....you lost because they are way better that you....but it´s beter if we blame to RNG and Relic, hohoho.
I lost because I´m an average at most, so tons of players that I face, outplay me....The rest of the time, when I face a less skilled player or anyone with similar level and I lost that game, is because I fuck up hard with my micro and/or macro....not enough APM, not enough focused on the game, not enough skilled to read the opponent strategies....
you're right dude, i don't lose because of RNG... i lose because when i see a shreck ober blob i contract a serious AIDS infection. then i have to quit the game because i need to go to the hospital
