Thread: Why change the spawn system? 22 Apr 2016, 19:27 PM Meh, advantages and benefits for both methods. I think off map does lend more realism but on map makes built units have a quicker effect on the battlefield which could be interesting, but not overly so. My primary concern is units will just 'appear' at the base building edge, not come out of an entrance etc. Although to be fair in CoH1 2.602 tanks used to disappear and reappear and if we can get over that I'm sure we could get over this. Thread: ESL casting by Stormless and A_E3 Apr 2016, 14:58 PM Thanks a lot guys it was a pleasure, definitely worth the time and investment to me - it felt awesome to get to go to the ESL Studios and overall it I think it's felt like we have been part of a genuine competitive scene for CoH2 for three months. Which if you think about it, with the dodgy 2013 release, and shaky patching is a minor miracle. I think despite the odds overall ESL turned out to be everything we really could have expected for a three year old game, and I'm glad it brought a lot of entertainment for everyone. Eager to see what community tournaments we get over summer now, it won't be quite as 'massive' but it'll still be entertaining In: Lobby
