I never really understood why people complained so much about rangers losing their DR. They're a large squad with fantastic firepower and good RA. Especially since they can equip SuperBazookas. A DR enabled AT squad was weird.
Was probably because rangers at the time were probably the strongest elites in the game, and when the OP unit gets nerfed people can't abuse it anymore. It was just kinda hypocritcal literally next patch they then gave grens their damage reduction after saying they just wanted to remove it from the game. Keep in mind though that urban assault wasn't a doctrine yet, so the sprinting ranger zook blob wasn't a thing. It was pretty rare imo to see rangers wasted on super zooks when you could've had one of the best elites and jacksons backing it up.
Just tested, and in fact you were right, Sander. Hit The Dirt DOES give a 10% DR, along with whichever other bonuses.

Conscript PPSHs are just power creeped out. They're ok, they're not 7-man or SVTs though. Also with how shocks are now and you can basically have any heavy you want with shocks in that doctrine there isn't a reason to use PPSH cons.
I'm just saying that I think the Pershing is bad.

On topic: All heavies suck. Pershing just requires more micro cause not as beefy and has slightly more mobility. Mobility means less the more players you add. Take that with what you will. Pershing may as well be considered a 1s and 2s tank only if JT/Ele/KT are considered teamgames only at that point.

Arti spam is a problem in 3s and 4s, and all factions have the means to contribute to the cancer. Why I remember Blitz make acc much more worse.
So we have
Stationary acc 100%
Moving acc 50%
Stationary while Blitz 120%
Moving while Blitz 60%
You might be thinking of "combat blitz" the OKW version of blitz. The first stats you posted are the ones for OST "blitzkrieg" I believe. The old version of "combat blitz" that was nerfed years ago used to give a +100% accuracy boost when activated. It has since been nerfed to give a slight reload buff among other buffs I cannot recall off the top of my head.
Allied light vehicles are largely useless with the abundance of cheap and readily available Axis AT. But I've always thought Penals and Sniper was good against OKW.
Cheap = more expensive than the USF AT gun apparently.
Readily available = Only the raketen. Good thing we have asymmetric design where OKW can have easy access to AT guns while USF gets free squads with better DPS than that of rifles.
