Just as the game started I spilled boiling hot tea all over myself, the desk, keyboard mouse, bloody everywhere!
I typed asking if the guy could maybe pause while I tried to clean things up then spent the next few minutes trying to sort out the mess.
Just I was trying to type, "thank you", I noticed he was capping right outside my base.
My opponent was extremely unsportsmanlike and did not give me any grace.
To make matter worse, my keyboard started malfunctioning. When I tried to A-move it would retreat, I couldn't assign any groups, and there were a constant barrage on glitching key strokes as my keyboard tried to cope with the spill.

CoH is a beautiful game. Unlike many other RTS's, such as StarCraftII, there really is room in this game to fight against the odds.

Costing 125 fuel to field, it is a truly awful unit.
Slow, inaccurate, weak weaponry, and expensive compared to other units in its class.

The nerf to the B4 is indicative of the entire "balance" philosophy of the community and devs' mindset, and highlights the current state of the game.
Previously, the B4 was so much fun to use. A truly potent unit that made the enemy quake in fear, and force them to deal with it straight away, and a big investment gamble for the allies. It didn't always pay off, but when it did it really gave us the opportunity to howl with rage or cackle with laughter.
So what did we do? We complained and cried until the devs nerfed it into obscurity, and flattened the fun curve.
Now, ladder games in top 100 are always a slug-fest, pig of a fight, and fights regularly last 45mins+, where even when you're winning you're frustrated as hell.
This games' intrigue and fun factor has been been nerfed alongside most of the unit potency.
I desperately hope CoH3 focuses more on game enjoyment rather than trying to balance a game like a German parking warden's rule book. |
I don't know what the picture of the "curved" shot is supposed to imply...are you saying he has some sort of aim hack?
Ground attack shots never curve. But the curved trajectory has been common since CoH1 with aimed shots - as in, shots aimed at a visible target. |
can you explain this shot?
T70 is in FOW but his AT shoot to T70 with curved projectiles that cause by normal attack not ground attack .

That's a good point - I have never, in 10+ years of CoH, seen that trajectory on an Attack Ground. |

The Brummbar pin-pointing the cloaked AT gun is the most compelling clip. But it raises this question:
Why would you risk outing yourself in such an obvious way against Brosras and Ashablois? Players that you know will understand what's happening. |
