What kind of a question is that? It's not connected with the thread at all. Just say it directly - you disagree with my idea. It's easy.

If you revamp Commander X into Commander Y, you're left with Commander Y.
If you make Commander Y as a new commander, you've got both Commander X and Commander Y.

The only way I see a revamp being better than a new commander is if you want to get rid of the original commander.

Ok, what the poing to have Anti-Infantry Tactics? This commander have zero unique stuff and have counterparts as Terror Tactics and Shock Rifle Frontline or even Counterattack with better synergy.
Or what about german Festung Armor Doctrine?

I am not saying they are bad, but they are outshadowed by other doctrines. What the reason to make a new commander and leave these unclaimed commanders. And again, Red Army and Ostheer have over 20 commanders each, what the reason to make this list even bigger, if not all commanders are used by players?

More fixed icons, portraits and symbols!

I marked JLI as OP and want to explain my opinion.
1. They are cheap, hordes of JLI in the team games is a thing.
2. They outshooting most of allied infantry with their scoped G43. It's ok for long range unit, but in number it become extremely strong.
3. Cost of G43 is cheap and provide only excess micro. Usually, you just call-in jagers and give them G43 right off the bat.

I won't say, that they non-counterable, but extremely cost-effecient. They cost like volksgrenadiers, but their only real weakness in comparison - lack of AT capabilities. I would like to see price increased for them.

221/223 looks fine for me, but some price tweaks between armored car itself and upgrade for it would be appreciated (cheaper 221, more expensive 223 upgrade).

Update from 27.12.18
- Updated all grenades descriptions. Now they have the same text style and give proper information about their purpose. Smoke grenades also get proper timing in yellow description.
- Fully reworked bulletins descriptions for intel bulletins. Now they include proper % and full list of affected units. Dada was taken from coh2db.com and changelogs for last two years.
- Intel bulletins were ordered in the list according to affected units.

- Обновлены описания и желтая рекомендация для всех гранат в игре. Добавлено время действия дымовых гранат.
- Полностью обновлено описания всех бюллетеней игре. Данные были взяты с сайта coh2db.com и из патчноутов за последние два года. Теперь описание отражает все затрагиваемые юниты, а так же имеет правильные значения в процентах.
- Список бюллетеней теперь упорядочен не по типу юнитов(пехота, пулеметы, минометы, пушки, легкая техника, средняя техника, тяжелая техника) и названию бюллетени, а по типу юнитов и названию самих юнитов. Например, бюллетени на гвардейцев теперь будут находиться рядом друг с другом в списке, а не идти в разнобой.
