Red Army Commanders 2.0
I prepared new version of default commanders with using .dds files from 2013, but some of them were added later, so i tried to remake them too with using this stuff. As an example for proportions i used the latest soviet commander portrait.
New update! I decided to use edges with cold colors for winter portraits, like original portaris for all factions. Previous winter assets (Red Army's infantry, vehicles and heavy weapons) were updated and published in the first post.
Imroved portraits are back!
I started from Red Army's infantry and make full collection 2.0! These portraits have new edges, sharpness and some new assets! Thank you Kasarov for advices and some assets (ammobelts for HMG team)
I agree that it's not something that should be overdone, but technically non doctrinal limit allready applies to another unit - The KT.
You are right, but Tiger II is exception, which was even moved to call-in section (with some UI issues). Also, it has restriction for other reason - it is super heavy, and like other super heavies limited to one.
Core teching is something, that was designed for faction to be used in unlimited numbers. I agree about limits for doctrine units, but basic stuff (snipers too) should be limited only by popcap.
As I understand it, you will be the one of those who can do change to the bulletins' icons if Relic gives greenlight to it.
Why not, i am ready to give it a try! But it can be anybody else, who is ready to spend some his time and good at photoshop/paint.net or any other editor programm.
