Thread: Feuersturm Commander First Impressions 18 Nov 2015, 08:06 AM Boring, very boring. It feels uninspired to say the least, especially recoup losses. Unless a faction redesign is really in the works fingers crossed where okw becomes starved for manpower rather than having an overabundance and being starved for fuel it feels worthless. I never lack manpower as OKW, on the otherhand, I do constantly lack munitions. I wish they'd given us something that allowed for a viable tactic other than schreck blob supported by PIV and PWerfer. Thread: Strats against the Kubel?18 Nov 2015, 07:59 AM 2 squads of riflemen, walk at it, don't even need cover, ignore pios, they'll force repair or lose kubel. kubel means less volks. Just get out all 4-5 riflemen squads asap and focus it. In: US Forces Strategies

Obers, Sturms, Jaeger, Fusiliers etc. People say Obers are shit but they're fantastic when properly screened or against any SU infantry. They pick HMGS pretty brilliantly as well. What if you want to use 3/7 doctrines without call-in infantry? Should we begin to say penals are good also? In: COH2 Balance

I dont think is a good idea to put child models into the game. Volkssturm where for defence of your home and suburb, nothing more. to prevent the ** ** by soviet forces. Municipal organization: -A Bataillon (battalion) in every Kreis (roughly equivalent to a U.S. county; there were 920 Kreise in Greater Germany) -A Kompanie (company) in every Ortsgruppe -A Zug (platoon) in every Zelle (literally "a cell"; roughly equivalent to a U.S. precinct) -A Gruppe (squad) in every Block (city block) The majority of Volkssturm were children under 13, led by a wounded veteran, and supplemented with a one or 2 old men. they were armed with whatever they could find, most often WWI era weapons. and the occasional panzerfaust, not panzerschreck. putting volkssturm in would be far more offensive than putting in the SS. and they would not be effective combatants. Although, they did die with courage. Volksgrenadiers, were elite and heavily armed troops with lower numbers due to Germany's manpower constraints, so this was compensated for with a prolific amount of machine guns, grenades and the disposable panzerschreck. Its actually on multiple commanders. Just not the cas one, which is what you're talking about. Player just had good micro. even in a 4v4, no players is spamming a 240 muni ability. If they have the map control to do this, they you'd already lost regardless of commander, and just didn't realise it yet. amassing more than one of these, is quite difficult. And in CAS, every ability is almost impossible to land, barring the stuka bomb, which is only easy in a 4v4 because of confusion, you'll rarely hit something in a 1v1. In: COH2 Balance

What if you want to use one of the 3/7 docs that doesnt have doctrinal infantry? or all of them? but f**k OKW right? In: COH2 Balance
