Düsseldorf is quite good too, although could use some more long range friendly areas

This patch obviously is about late game and teamgames --> that's why they are not in scope. Changing cons will have to consider the whole soviet early game mechanic, which is for another patch.
Why don't you play some mod games and try cons with the new maxims. you have to understand cons are a support unit, not main battle unit
What's much WORSE IS THAT THEY COMPLETELY LEFT AOUT THE $%/&%$%%BRACE (!!!!!!!)
Yeah, they are a support, now... which is a big balance mistake that should be fixed ASAP |

I never veto Montargis or Hill 331.
That's because I want to use veto's for the artifest kind of maps that RedT3rror mentioned, and I can always rely on the 99% of the playerbase having veto'ed those maps (which means you are unlikely to find 7 other people that haven't vetoed them)

BTW I veto wintery Semoisky and Moscow outskirts and Langreskaya as they have the most obvious (un)mirroring issues |

Nice idea, but...
The Brits are so extremely long-range combat oriented, that even in offensive (which in fact usually looks more like "stand in cover, force a retreat, move forward a bit and repeat") it might actually work against them |

Well, maybe it promotes blobbing, maybe not (the FRP is closer, so easier to hit with some indirect fire), but removing it would promote a cancerous camp play, like the infamous MG covered by an MG, especially against USF who lack proper scouting tools. |
